The Loser Saga Continues

Roberto Mancini was pissed after the match against Stoke City (1-1, in Stoke). He refused to shake the hand of Stoke's coach, and he did not attend the press conference.

And I don't blame him for being mad at his team's performance.

I mean, really, is the only solution really hypnotizing his players into believing they're playing at home? How the fuck does the team always wins at home - How many of us thought they were down for the count against Chelsea? - but away from home it turns to shit?

8 points out of a possible 24 away from home, lately! That's City's statistic.

Surely they realize that they cannot win the league like this, especially with Manchester United pulling wins out of the hat much like a magician. A rich magician.

How the hell do all of these British challengers that go up against Man. U. lose their ability to play in the second half of the season?
I can think of two possible answers: 1) fucking amateur mentality, 2) many teams have extra incentive from somewhere to keep the challenger down, and therefore play much harder against said challenger.

Not that Manchester City is a great team.
But Manchester United isn't worth significantly more (at least this year) either.
