Second Defeat for Barcelona

Osasuna put an even larger dent into Barcelona's hopes of possibly winning another league title.

Dejan Lekic was amazing in the first half, as he put Osasuna in front, 2-0, at half-time.

Alexis Sanchez reduced the deficit 6 minutes after the interval, but it took only five more minutes for the hosts to regain their two-goal lead, through Raul Garcia. Tello's goal (73') could not instigate a Barca comeback.
The Barca defense was completely inferior on the frozen pitch in Pamplona.

I guess Osasuna got their revenge for being beaten 0-8 at Camp Nou.

But why was Guardiola sending a severely weakened team into battle today? No Xavi, no Iniesta... No Fabregas from the start. Is the game at Leverkusen, on Tuesday, so important that he thought it necessary to neglect the league?

Now Real could expand the difference to 10 points, by winning against Levante, and have the Primera Division as good as wrapped up already.
