End of First Half Sinks Fener

Two defense errors (a back pass and a faulty offside trap) cost Fenerbahce dearly at Karabuk.

Florin Cernat (minute 44) and Birol Hikmet (45 + 2) scored for the home team, right before the half-time whistle.

Although Karabukspor was not to keep a clean sheet in this match, they only conceded one, in minute 67, to a free-kick by Brazilian Alex de Souza. Thus, Fenerbahce was defeated again, and the team from Istanbul finds itself 6 points behind Galatasaray now. And there are only eight matches left.
